Consumables and spare parts for plasma cutting: torches and torch assemblies, electrodes, nozzles, swirl rings, shields and retaining caps, cooling tubes and the wear parts of the cutting head.

Plasma consumables work as a set, not as individual parts. The electrode and the nozzle wear together, and fitting a new nozzle against a worn electrode is the standard way to ruin both: the arc goes off-centre and takes the new part with it. Change them as a pair.

Electrode wear is measurable. The pit that forms in the hafnium insert deepens with each start, and past the manufacturer's limit the arc becomes unstable and cut quality falls away quickly. Counting starts rather than waiting for bad cuts is what keeps consumable cost predictable.
