Blast nozzles, abrasives and consumables for abrasive blast cleaning and surface preparation: tungsten carbide and boron carbide nozzles, straight bore and venturi geometries, angle and banana nozzles, nozzle holders and adapters, plus the abrasive itself.

Two decisions set the cost of a blasting job. The first is the nozzle liner: tungsten carbide is the usual workshop choice, while boron carbide costs more up front and lasts considerably longer with aggressive abrasives, which pays off on a machine that runs all day. The second is matching the bore diameter to the compressor you actually have, because a wider bore covers more surface per pass but only if there is air behind it.

Nozzles wear from the inside out, and the wear is invisible until you measure it. A bore that has grown by more than about 1.5 mm over its original size is quietly costing you air, time and abrasive, and is due for replacement.
