Nozzle

Cutting nozzles for Amada laser machines, in the single and double configurations and the bore diameters used across the range.

Amada heads use their own nozzle mounting and seating geometry, so the nozzle has to seat exactly for the gas column to stay on axis. A nozzle that fits but does not seat properly will give an off-centre gas flow and a cut that drifts out of square.

Bore diameter follows material and thickness: smaller bores with nitrogen on thin sheet, larger bores with oxygen on thicker plate. If you tell us the machine model and the thicknesses you usually cut, we will tell you which sizes to keep in stock.
